About Inoperable Vehicle Transport
A non-running vehicle needs a carrier with a winch, and depending on the condition, one with a lift gate as well. There is a difference in handling between a car that rolls and steers but will not start, and one with a seized engine or missing wheels — tell us which at booking so we dispatch the right equipment. Sending a standard carrier to a vehicle that cannot roll wastes a pickup window for everyone.
