• Quote requests. Your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details and any notes you add.
• Quote calculations. The pickup and delivery locations you enter into the calculator, which are processed to return a price. These are not stored unless you submit the form.
• Usage data. Standard web analytics — pages viewed, referring site, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address.

How we use it

• To price and arrange your vehicle transport.
• To contact you about a quote you requested.
• To pass necessary details to the carrier assigned to your vehicle — pickup and delivery addresses, contact number and vehicle description.
• To improve how the site and the quote calculator work.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties beyond the carrier assigned to your shipment and the service providers who operate this website and our email system.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies to keep it working and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the quote calculator will still function.

Data retention

Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to service the shipment and meet record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing wecare@e-zautotransport.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.

Communications

If you submit a quote request, you are agreeing that we may contact you about it by phone, text or email. Reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
